Shipping and Returns
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored only for you. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.
Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
It will take 20-26 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about another 5-7 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your hand. Th e exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.
We can provide rush order service (15 days rush order). The mean processing time is 15 days and the mean shipping time is 3-5 days. You need to pay extra 50 U.S. dollars for this service.

Customs and Import Duties
Our order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Inweddingdress.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Cancel Order
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours (after the order created) without any charges, no questions will be asked.
Items of canceling orders after 24 hours: Before the dress being shipped, as the order is already been taken in process, so it will charge a handling fee which equals 50% of the item price. (If ordered rush order service, the $50 service fee will not be refunded).You can’t cancel your order after the dresses have been shipped.
Return / Refund Policy
We accept online merchandise returns via mail only.
Should you need to return an item purchased online, please review the complete details below to determine if any special conditions or restocking fees apply.
· Special custom ordered dresses such as hollow to hem, special measurements, and discontinued gowns.
· Outlet items.
· Personalized or dyed items.
We accept returns on new dresses in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair. All returns must be with 3 days of when the shipment was delivered by the carrier. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 3 days of the date you received your order. The item will not be accepted if it is returned apply exceed the 3-days time limit. Once the RMA is emailed, you will have 8 days to ship back your order. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order.
All returned dresses will have a 50% restocking fee applied to the full purchase price of the dress. Returned dresses will void any promotional codes and any merchandise purchased using a promotional code will be charged the full retail price.If you would like to replace the item, please place a new order.
If partial return applied to an order whose subtotal value has obtained free shipping, it will void free shipping and the remainder merchandise purchased will be charged the full shipping fee.
AccessoriesIf, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your accessory order, Inweddingdress.com will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price of accessories with no restocking fee (Personalized or dyed items are excluded). Returnable items must be sent back within 3 days of when the shipment was delivered by the carrier and in their original condition and must have any tags intact and still attached.
Shipping ResponsibilityShipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages being returned to Inweddingdress.com. Non-returnable merchandise sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as USPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.
Obtaining a RMA numberTo request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Authorization for an item please contact customer service at inweddingdresses@gmail.com. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. RMA numbers will expire after 8 days, and the items will not be accepted if it returned after that time.
Damaged or Mis-shipped MerchandiseAll the ordered merchandises are new from our wedding dress factory. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. So each item at Inweddingdress.com is experienced strict quality check to confirm it conforming to the high quality qualification.
If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise for a return authorization (inweddingdresses@gmail.com). Please explain in detail your issue or concern. If we determine that your claim of defect is valid, our customer service department will issue you a return authorization number. All merchandise must be returned in the condition it was sent. Once received, our customer service representative will inspect the merchandise for defects and, if applicable, contact the professional specialists to repair or replace your merchandise. If we find that the merchandise is not damaged or has been misused, the merchandise will be shipped back to you. We will incur shipping charges on defective merchandise, but we will NOT incur shipping charges on merchandise that is found misused or not damage.
Once we receive your merchandise we will carefully inspect the gown for correct style, sizes, colors, and defects and immediately ship the merchandise to you. Upon receipt you must inspect your merchandise immediately.
