Order cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service support@inweddingdress.com to request cancellation. Once the cancellation is successfully processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch:

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer need the item after receiving it, please follow our return process.
