Processing & Shipping Time

The estimated delivery times are based on processing time plus shipping time. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. Each package will have its own tracking number. Please note, there are no extra shipping fees for split shipments.

Refused Deliveries

If you choose to refuse delivery, this may result in significant delays or even package loss, and the package is not guaranteed to be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including house number, postal code, and contact details) before placing your order.

  • INWEDDINGDRESS is not responsible for failed, delayed, or returned deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • If your package has already shipped, we can share suggestions on how to update the address with the carrier, but success cannot be guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

Undelivered or Missing Packages

We rely solely on the official tracking information provided by the carrier (shipping company) to determine whether a package has been delivered or not. Based on this standard, the handling methods are as follows:

The carrier's tracking status shows "Not Delivered" or lost in transit.

  • In this situation, please contact us immediately.
  • We will reach out to the carrier on your behalf, file a claim, and once confirmed, arrange a refund or replacement for you.

The carrier's tracking status shows “Delivered,” but you have not received the package

  • In this situation, both we and the credit card company must rely on the carrier’s proof of delivery, which means we are unable to directly issue a refund or send a replacement.
  • We recommend that you:
    1. Check with neighbors, family members, or building management to see if they accepted the package for you.
    2. Contact your local delivery driver or the carrier's office for more details about the delivery.
    3. If possible, review any security camera footage to confirm whether the package was stolen.
  • If the carrier later investigates and updates the delivery record to show that the package was not properly delivered, please inform us right away, and we will intervene to provide compensation or arrange a replacement.
