Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

Within 24 hours from the order payment confirmation time, you may request cancellation by contacting customer service at support@inweddingdress.com. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch:

Once the order has entered the dispatch process, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, please follow our return process after receiving it.
