RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item due to size, color, or other reasons, please contact us.

Return Requirements

1. Item Condition:

  • Items must be clean, unused, and free from wear or damage, without stains, discoloration, or odor.
  • All original tags, accessories, and any free gifts must be included.

2. Fitting Guidelines:

  • Items must be clean, unused, and free from wear or damage, without stains, discoloration, or odor.
  • To ensure every customer receives brand-new products, please avoid purchasing large quantities solely for try-on and return.

Return Window

  • Please submit your return request within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Once we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please ship the return within 14 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Final sale items: Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Custom-Made items

Return Process

1. Request Return Authorization

  • Contact us by email at support@inweddingdress.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

2. Return the Item

Ship the item(s) together with the completed Return Form to our return center.

Download the Return Form

  • We recommend using a postal service to help expedite customs clearance.
  • Please clearly mark the package as “Return” to reduce the chance of high duties.
  • Please provide us with the tracking number so we can follow up and process your return promptly.

Fees & Responsibilities:

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., size, color, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International Returns & Customs:

  • Customs policies vary by country. In many cases, returns valued under USD $100 incur little or no duty, but local regulations apply.
  • For high-value returns, you may consider splitting the shipment to improve clearance efficiency.
  • Any duties or related fees during the return process are handled in accordance with applicable regulations. If INWEDDINGDRESS pays duties on your behalf, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Process the Refund

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 2–5 business days and notify you.

Exchanges

The exchange process consists of two steps: returning the original item and placing a new order. Please follow our return instructions to send back the item, and at the same time you may place a new order for the desired product. The return and new order can be carried out simultaneously, without waiting for the return to be completed first.
