What is Store Credit?

• Store credit is a value issued by InWeddingDress.com that can be used toward eligible purchases on our website.
• It is not cash, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person.

How to Earn Store Credit?

You may receive store credit in the following cases:

• For sharing your authentic shopping experience (e.g. on Trustpilot).
• As part of our customer care.

How to Redeem Store Credit?

• Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique redemption code sent via email.
• To redeem, enter the store credit code in the “Enter Discount Code” box in your shopping cart, then click “Apply Discount” to apply it to your order.

Store Credit Redemption Rules

• Store credit can only be used on InWeddingDress.com.
• Each store credit has an expiration date; unused credits will automatically expire after the validity period.
• Store credit cannot be combined with promo codes.
• Store credit cannot be applied to shipping fees.
• Store credit must be used in a single transaction. If the order total is less than the value of the store credit, the unused amount will expire after the transaction and cannot be applied to future orders.

Preventing Duplicate Benefits

If an order is canceled, refunded, disputed, or chargeback after store credit has been issued, the corresponding store credit will automatically become invalid to ensure that no duplicate benefits are received from the same transaction.

Misuse & Fraud

InWeddingDress.com reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or adjust store credit that was issued in error or obtained through misuse or fraudulent activity.
